Swedish

— Easing muscular strain by flushing out toxins
— Reducing emotional and physical stress.
Aromatherapy
During an aromatherapy treatment, our therapist will use massage oils that contain essential oils (highly concentrated plant oils). You inhale these essential oil molecules or absorb them through your skin to gain the benefits from them.
N.B. Before treatment, you will be asked to inform your therapist of any medical conditions you may have.
