Full Body Massages
The five main techniques used in massages — stroking and gliding; kneading; rubbing; tapping or pounding; vibration — are probably what spring to mind when you think about a “typical” massage.

What is our massages good for?

The various massage techniques are designed to improve your circulation, soothe your muscles and make you feel more relaxed.

Swedish

Swedish massage uses a combination of softer and stronger strokes where there is thicker muscle coverage. This adjustment of pressure makes it an ideal massage for relaxation.

Swedish massage is good for:

— Improving circulation by increasing oxygen flow in the blood
— Easing muscular strain by flushing out toxins
— Reducing emotional and physical stress.

Aromatherapy

During an aromatherapy treatment, our therapist will use massage oils that contain essential oils (highly concentrated plant oils). You inhale these essential oil molecules or absorb them through your skin to gain the benefits from them. N.B. Before treatment, you will be asked to inform your therapist of any medical conditions you may have.
